Shipping & Returns

USA Shipping Information:

We ship using the United States Postal Service.

Please note that there are delays with USPS service. We will ship fast, but ask that you be patient with them as they work hard to get you your items.

  • Economy/Ground: 7-10 business days  (FREE on orders over $50)
  • Priority Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: Not Available 

International Shipping Information

We ship using the United States Postal Service.

  • First Class Shipping: 4-6 WEEKS. This method has tracking but can sometimes take as long as 8 weeks to arrive (though rarely!) 
  • Priority International: 2-3 WEEKS. Includes tracking and insurance. 

    All pricing is in USD.

    **Please remember that your country may charge you extra duty and customs fees that Shana Logic is not responsible for. Each country is different so please make sure to consult your countries customs before ordering.

    Where is my order?
    International shipping can be very slow. Especially in countries like Canada or France, your item can take up to 2 months to arrive. Most items arrive within 3 weeks of your ordering it. Please remember that items that are made to order will take even longer as you have to add that to the ship time.

    *If your item has shipped and you haven't received it within 2 months please Email us so we can try and find out some information for you.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return or exchange something? No problem! 

    We accept returns on most items*. If your item is in unused perfect condition, you can send it back for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. We can also exchange your items as well! Email us for the return form.

    *ShanaLogic is not responsible for shipping costs for returns, exchanges and/or edited orders.

    Exceptions: We do NOT except refunds on these items:
    - Made to order Items (Custom rings)
    - Original and limited edition fine art
    - Shipping fees (unless the mistake is on our end)

    If you are unhappy with an item you received, please email us immediately! Quality is important to us and we want to make sure you are a happy camper (err...shopper:-)
